Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
  • Perishable goods, such as fresh vegetables, meat, and fish, cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons unless there is a quality issue.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Store Credits:

  • In some cases, we may offer store credits as an alternative to a refund.
